A handful of notes about past reviews. There is now a hose outside to help you wash off sand (but no mat at top of stairs), plus the fridge looked pretty new and was not rusty.

Thank you for your feedback. Without a question this residence is usually a basic beach house and if you are expecting more this isn't the place for you. As for the outdoor spigot, without going into lots of details lets just say that it's from the works being addressed.
three This house is in decline. If you need easy entry to the beach, but Do not mind an aged Pink Roof Inn feel, that is what you will get here.

Quiet, cozy house. Big enough for my partner, myself plant-anatomy and our 4 teenagers. We enjoyed the beach view and loved that it is actually just a quick stroll towards the beach.

The ground plan contains covered parking, a roomy dwelling area, a dining area, a fully Geared up kitchen area, and comfortable bogs. When you're ready to take a look at, there are plenty of nearby points of interest to delight in, from climbing trails and fishing spots to local shops and eating places. Amethyst Dunes will be the ideal desired destination for the enjoyable beach holiday vacation.
The home is as marketed - nothing fancy to the house but superb location to the beach. No, the house just isn't full from the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of space for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not loads of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or wreck.
